Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping for orders above €200 within Europe
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Conditions

Customers may be required to sign for the delivery upon receipt.
Some delivery partners may offer contactless delivery options depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries are not addressed to a specific individual. Anyone present at the delivery address may sign for the package.

JERUMA cannot be held responsible for packages signed for at shared locations such as:

office buildings
apartment complexes
reception desks

If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will usually make additional delivery attempts or leave instructions for rescheduling the delivery.

If a package remains unclaimed or undeliverable, it may be returned to the original shipping facility.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unworn

  • items must be unwashed

  • items must be in original condition

  • all original tags must be attached

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or washing will not be accepted.
Items returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 2–5 business days after the returned item is approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will provide:

  • a replacement item or

  • a full refund

Return shipping costs will be covered by JERUMA in these situations.
